Stone ......now Coconut....has been adopted!
Here is a snapshot of what a wonderful life Conconut is living now. It just melts your heart! ![]() Kona Update!
Kona has gained over 3lbs since joining her new mommy's life! She is doing amazing and here are some fun pics we would like to share! (Kona was Lapis)
![]() Momma Diamond
It's time to introduce you to Momma Diamond! She was named appropriately by the shelter. She really does sparkle when you get to meet her! She is a love bug, and wiggles when she sees ya coming ;) . It's quite a sight. We still need to find her a home where she can snuggle and keep warm at night with someone who will love her like she deserves to be loved!
Meet...Diamond! ![]() If you or anyone you know would like more information on adopting Diamond, please call the shelter directly at 949-492-1617. Opal and Onyx in their new home!
Thank you everyone for keeping the donations coming! Here are some more adoption updates! Opal and Onyx were adopted into the same home and here they are with their new brother. ![]() 1st Puppy Adoption Update!
Lapis, now Kona, was our first adoption to a non-vet staff member and she went home Saturday! Her new mommy has updated us with tons of pics and her words below about how Kona is doing! Looks like she has the best life ever now!
"Kona is doing great! Very friendly to people and very well behaved for the most part. She does not whine or whimper in the kennel at night unless she has to go outside to potty. She is also eating very well and will even eats her kibble without wet food mixed into it. Kona is a quick learner and is already running up the stairs in the house. More updates to come! -Justine" ![]() ![]() ![]() January 21, 2012
We can't even begin to tell you how grateful we are to VSMG of San Juan Capistrano for giving such loving care to the pups. The Doctor's and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure these little pups are emotionally taken care of was well as physically. They have to be the most loved patients ever! Thank you VSMG. We do appreciate it.
On an adoption side note, Lapis and Ruby are at the shelter and can be seen by appointment only! If you are interested, you will see the information below or call the San Clemente-Dana Point shelter directly at 949-492-1617. Thank you, again, to all of those who have donated and shared our story. Always with the deepest gratitude, Erin Ramsey Pet Project Foundation January 13th, 2012 - Update on our Pups!
Dear Pit Puppy Fans, Every day she goes there, she sees a huge improvement. Their progess is amazing! All the pups at VMSG got baths yesterday. The 3 largest pups, Agate, Stone and Garnet, are out of isolation and are being walked by the vet techs. They also received their first vaccinations today. The smaller 3, Opal, Onyx and Jasper) are all doing very well. They are eating and playing with each other. They are still too fragile to vaccinate at this point but their condition is looking good. Ruby and Lapis are still at San Clemente Vet where they are doing well while playing and growing normally. Some of the pups will be ready to go to the shelter next week. Thank you ALL for donating and helping spread the word about our little Pit Puppy Project! We will update as much as possible. While you are here, meet Lapis! ![]() With Gratitude, Erin Ramsey Pet Project Foundation Board Member Thank you for the donations!
We have raised $625 so far! This is a great start! Thank you to all who have donated and to those who shared our story!
